Grade B; We’re not so neat but our buns are a treat.

tenren After stopping in Ten Ren’s Tea in Chinatown for some high-mountain Oolong tea, I walked up Mott St.

Along the way you’ll experience fish and produce markets, cheap imported goods and just about everything else under-the-sun from underground massage parlors to multi-floor general merchandise; every inch an olfactory assault.

A few blocks from Ten Ren’s I noticed something interesting, a sign in a bakery window:

Hey, look!~ we’re 2nd best, come on in. We don’t feel like cleaning up but our food is delicious.

    In a lot of places it is required to diplay your food inspection grade in view of the public.
